Phil Keating has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations for the Connect Team at Northwest Center since October 2015. Previously, Phil held the position of Senior Production Manager at Blue Nile from April 2000 to June 2015, where responsibility included overseeing production processes and team management.
