Professional Learning Specialist at NCCE (Northwest Council for Computer Education)

Julie Combs is an experienced education professional with a focus on technology integration and professional learning. Currently serving as a Professional Learning Specialist at the Northwest Council for Computer Education since November 2018, Julie has held various roles within the Clarksville Montgomery County School System since October 1995, including Technology Integration Specialist and K-12 At-Risk Coordinator, where responsibilities included planning and implementing Response to Intervention (RTI) strategies and coordinating Section 504 training. Previous experience includes teaching reading at the middle school level and creating programs for at-risk students as an alternative school instructor. Julie's educational background includes a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum from Arkansas State University and a Master's degree in Education from Cumberland University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
