Randi Layne Mitchell

NCCE Professional Learning Specialist at NCCE (Northwest Council for Computer Education)

Randi Layne Mitchell has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Professional Development at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind since July 2012, and has also held positions such as Coordinator of Professional Development and Kindergarten Teacher. In addition to this role, Randi Mitchell works as an NCCE Professional Learning Specialist and an Instructor at Flagler College, and previously was an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Florida from August 2019 to December 2022. Randi Mitchell is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Instructional and Performance Technology at the University of West Florida, having earned both a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Florida, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Deaf Education K-12 and Elementary Education from Flagler College.
