Lucas Peel

Lucas Peel is a Hawaii Regional Manager and Project Manager at Northwest Demolition & Dismantling, with responsibilities in estimating, operational management, and strategic planning for the Pacific Division. Lucas has a strong background in corporate marketing, copywriting, and design, alongside demonstrated experience with UXO/MEC protocols and remote location logistics. Prior to current roles, Lucas worked as a Laborer/Field Technician on a long-term soil remediation project at the Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge, leading treatment operations and overseeing engineered landfill cap design implementation. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and has additional education from the Watson Institute.
