Brittany Cribb

Brittany Cribb, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in employee relations and engagement, currently serving as the Employee Relations Manager at Northwest Federal Credit Union since September 2017. Brittany's career at Northwest Federal Credit Union includes roles such as Senior Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist, Employee Communications & Events Specialist, Associate Recruiter, and Recruiting & Social Media Coordinator. Prior to this, Brittany worked as a Special Events Student Assistant at Christopher Newport University from September 2015 to May 2017, and completed a Human Resources internship at DLA Piper in the summer of 2016. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University, graduating in 2017.
