With extensive experience in human resources, Cathy served as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Software AG from August 2012 to April 2020 and held the position of VP of Human Resources at U.S. Inspect, LLC. & Commercial Assessments from December 2000 to June 2012. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources and Administration at TAD Telecom, Inc. from March 1996 to December 2000 and Manager of Human Resources at Sallie Mae from January 1992 to March 1996. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Oswego between 1981 and 1985.
