David Beardsley has over a decade of experience in the customer service and quality assurance sectors. Since August 2012, David has served in various roles at Northwest Federal Credit Union, progressing from Call Center Representative to Call Center Supervisor, and currently holding the position of Call Center Manager. Prior to this, David worked at FedEx from August 2007 to April 2012, where responsibilities included maintaining quality assurance standards.
