Tom Davies is an experienced development professional currently serving as Vice President of Development at Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT since April 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of Development Manager at GURNER™ from March 2021 to April 2022 and at JAPARA HEALTHCARE LIMITED from August 2016 to March 2021, where Tom also worked as an Assistant Development Manager. Tom began their career as a Project Coordinator at Tandem Building Group from August 2012 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business (Property) from RMIT University, a Master of Real Estate & Housing from Delft University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Business, Banking & Finance from Monash University. Tom’s foundational education was completed at Scotch College.
