Cynthia Dold is the Interim President of Hospitals & Clinics at UW Medicine. Cynthia has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on strategic planning, clinical integration, and care transformation.

Cynthia began their career as a hospital administrator, before moving into the role of Director of Strategic Planning & Clinical Integration at UW Medicine in 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 35+ employees focused on strategic planning, accountable care, telemedicine, post acute care, and care transformation.

Under Cynthia's leadership, UW Medicine has successfully launched clinics and initiatives with a diverse set of partners, and has achieved positive results in accountable care product development and implementation. Cynthia has also overseen the performance improvement and care transformation team of consultants, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Cynthia Dold has a MPP/MPH from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from University of California, Los Angeles.
