Eric Lopez

Eric Lopez has an extensive work history in various industries. Eric started their career as a Department Manager at Key Markets, where they gained experience in operations management and department administration. Eric then joined Aunt Millie's Bakeries, where they worked their way up from a Route Sales Representative to become the VP of Sales Operations. Following that, they transitioned into the real estate industry and worked as a Realtor for McColly Real Estate before becoming involved with various real estate associations. Eric served as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Association of REALTORS and was the Indiana State President for the Residential Real Estate Council. Currently, they are involved with the Northwest Indiana REALTORS Association, where they serve as the NIRA MLS President.

Eric Lopez has a diverse education history. In 2014, they participated in the Indiana REALTOR® Leadership Academy, focusing on organizational leadership. That same year, they completed the Master Gardener Program at Purdue University as an intern. In 2015, they expanded their skill set by attending the Scotwork Negotiating Skills course. Additionally, in 2013, they pursued Core Energy Coaching at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Eric also holds several certifications, including the ABR®, AHWD®, BPOR, GRI, GREEN, MRP, Real Estate (State of Indiana), Real Estate Broker (State of Indiana and State of Illinois), RSPS, SRES®, SFR®, and e-PRO®.
