Justin Coveau

Justin Coveau is the CFO at Northwest Passage. Justin has previous experience working as an IT Business Analyst at Concord and as a Patient Financial Services Representative at BioScrip. While at Concord, Justin assessed the current BA training program and made recommendations for improvement. Justin also gathered user stories and led training for a Salesforce CRM implementation. Additionally, Justin developed and analyzed business requirements for an EDI 834 transaction and created test cases for a Pega BPM implementation involving Medicare Part D prior authorizations. At BioScrip, they created and implemented a corporate wide tracking system to monitor incomplete prescription orders. Justin also led a team that reduced un-applied cash by half over a 2 month period. Justin also documented ScriptMed software defects and communicated them to the development team. Additionally, Justin executed system wide reporting to perform reconciliation.

Justin Coveau has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Justin is certified from the ASTQB (American Software Testing Qualification Board) in ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).

Justin Coveau reports to Mark Elliott, Executive Director. They are on a team with Ellen Race - Program Director, Rob Lillehaug - Admissions Director, and Mandy O’Malley - Mental Health Therapist.
