Rich Kronn is the current Staff Development Coordinator at Northwest Passage. Rich has over 10 years of experience working in the social services field. Kronn has a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rich began their career as a Team Leader at Camelot Schools in 2007. Rich then worked as a Consulting Program Manager at One Hope United from 2009 to 2013. In their current role, Kronn provides training and support to staff who work with youth in residential treatment.
