FASD Tribal Project Specialist at Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board

Carolyn Hartness is a FASD Tribal Project Specialist at Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, where Carolyn assists Northwest tribes in developing prevention and intervention programs. Carolyn also works as an Educator/Consultant at Seventh Generation, focusing on fetal alcohol spectrum disorders. Additionally, Carolyn has experience as a Visiting Fellow at Healthway and as a Public Scholar at Kettering Foundation. Hartness previously worked as a FASD Trainer/Consultant/Strategic Planner/Curricula Developer for the Lililwan Project in the Fitzroy Valley. Carolyn holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Washington.
