Andrea Goodwin

Andrea Goodwin is a Senior Counsel at Northwest Power and Conservation Council, with previous experience as a Portland Harbor Specialist at Oregon Department of Transportation and a Siting and Policy Analyst at Oregon Department of Energy. Prior to these roles, Andrea worked as an Associate at Robert D. Kahn & Co. and served as a Policy Director at the Oregon Legislature. Andrea holds a J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a B.A. in Environmental Science from The University of Kansas.
