Carla Conforto

Carla Conforto, MFA, currently serves as a Case Manager at Northwest Regional Council, specializing in support for older adults and family caregivers. With diverse experience in workforce programs and unemployment insurance, Carla previously held roles as UI Specialist Lead and Intake Specialist at the Employment Security Department, where responsibilities included coaching agents and resolving complex claims issues. Earlier positions as Workforce Programs Area Manager and Workforce Coordinator at Northwest Workforce Council involved overseeing direct service staff and delivering employment services.
