Kelsey Soltysiak is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in education advocacy and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Northwest Regional Education Service District since October 2019, Kelsey has previously held roles such as Communications Specialist at Hood River County School District and Strategic Communications Officer at Clackamas Education Service District. Kelsey's leadership experience includes serving as President of Northwest Trail Alliance, where a successful grassroots campaign for an off-road cycling master plan was led. Additional roles include Marketing & Communications Director at Stand for Children, and various marketing positions at Hacienda CDC, JML marketing + communications, and Earth Day Network. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, Visual Media, and Graphic Design from American University and has completed a certificate program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University.
