Elan Weingarten

Elan Weingarten is an accomplished data scientist and educator with extensive experience in science education and data visualization. Currently serving as a data scientist at Public Impact and a data visualization developer at NorthWest Research Associates, Elan focuses on enhancing educational tools and resources, particularly for climate science. Previous roles include teaching chemistry, geology, physics, and science at various educational institutions, where Elan implemented innovative tracking systems and engaged students in hands-on learning. Elan holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education.
