Natalia Solorzano

Natalia Solorzano is an accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in academia and research institutions. From October 2017 to the present, Natalia has been contributing to NorthWest Research Associates. Prior to this role, Natalia served as the Physics Department Chair, Associate Professor, and Research Scientist at DigiPen Institute of Technology from August 2012 to May 2023. Earlier positions include Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Washington from August 2011 to August 2012, and Associate Professor at DigiPen Institute of Technology from August 2010 to August 2011. Natalia began an academic career as a Professor at Bard High School Early College in Queens, NY, from July 2008 to July 2010. Natalia holds a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from INPE, earned in 2007.
