Matthew Pilla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership across various sectors, including medical device manufacturing and military service. Currently serving as the Sr Regional Manager at Northwest Respiratory Services since August 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Boston Scientific, overseeing the production of medical-grade batteries. Matthew’s military career in the US Navy spanned eight years, during which significant achievements included leading a team of aviation technicians and implementing efficiency measures that saved substantial staff hours.
