Paul Mantz

Paul Mantz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in national accounts, economic development, and community relations, currently serving as the Manager of National Accounts and Economic Development at NorthWestern Energy since July 2017. Previous roles include Key Accounts and Economic Development Specialist at Sioux Valley Energy and various positions at the South Dakota State University Foundation, the United States Senate focused on energy and environmental policies, and several research positions within federal agencies such as the Department of the Interior and the Department of Energy. Paul Mantz has a comprehensive educational background, including pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainability at Harvard University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, complemented by multiple degrees in Geography and History from South Dakota State University and the University of Minnesota Duluth.
