Becky Pauly, DC, BS, CSPO, CSM, currently serves as the Executive Director of Program Innovation and Continuing Education at Northwestern Health Sciences University while also teaching as an adjunct professor. With extensive experience in health care leadership, Becky has been involved in various organizations, including the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation, Women Defining AI, and the Women's Health Leadership TRUST, where contributions focus on networking, program development, and enhancing patient outcomes through technology. As the CEO of Kaleido Consulting + Wellness, strategic transformation initiatives are prioritized for healthcare businesses and communities. Past roles include director positions in integrative health services at Fairview Health Services, where operational efficiencies and integrative health solutions were advanced. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University and a Leadership in Integrative Healthcare degree from Duke University.
