Dawn Kregel

Dawn has more than 20 years of experience in nursing leadership with a proven record of improving the quality of care and patient experience in both large and small health organizations, including Ardent, Inova, and Valley Health. Her clinical experience has predominantly been in critical care and the cardiovascular service lines, but she has led multiple women's and infants’ facilities as well. Her focus for NMC will be to assure consistent patient care practices and standards for all clinical practices throughout the organization. Her immediate goal will be to do everything possible to support all clinical teams and create a vision for the future as they concentrate on clinical excellence. She has an encouraging, data-driven leadership style, a proven ability to communicate and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, and a genuine passion for ensuring safe, high-quality patient care that will be an asset as they focus on providing the best-in-class patient experience in all of the patient care areas.
