Wayne Hobbs

Wayne Hobbs, EMBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wayne is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at Northwestern Medical Center, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, Wayne worked at HCA Florida Healthcare as the Director of Anesthesia Services from April 2022 to August 2023. Wayne also served as the Regional Director of Operations at SaVida Health from May 2021 to April 2022 and as the Vice President of Medical Group Operations at North Country Hospital from April 2020 to May 2021. Before transitioning into the healthcare field, Wayne held various roles at Envision Physician Services, including Regional Director of Anesthesia Operations and Regional Director of Scheduling - Southeast. Wayne also worked as the Director of Credentialing and Provider Enrollment. Wayne began their career as an Opera Singer, performing with The Metropolitan Opera, Phantom of the Opera, and other companies. Prior to that, they worked at People's United Bank as an Assistant Vice President.

Wayne Hobbs, EMBA, holds an Executive MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Quantic School of Business and Technology, earned in 2019-2020. In addition, they obtained a Master's degree in Music Performance from Converse University in 2013-2014. Wayne's education also includes a B of Mus degree in Vocal Performance from Boston University, which they completed in 1984-1988.
