Carly Crissie has over 15 years of experience in nursing, specializing in case and care management. Currently serving as the ED RN Case Manager at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital since 2018, Carly has honed skills in emergency department care coordination. Prior to this role, Carly worked as a Nurse Care Manager at Advocate Health Care from January 2005 to November 2018, where expertise in patient management and care planning was developed.
