Charlotta Weaver

Charlotta Weaver, MD MS has extensive work experience in various healthcare institutions. Since 2024, they have been serving as Vice President of Operations at Northwestern Medicine. Prior to this role, they held several positions at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine, including Associate Professor of Medicine, Director of Professional Development in the Division of Hospital Medicine, Associate Clinical Practice Director in the Division of Hospital Medicine, and Assistant Professor of Medicine. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at Northwestern Medicine as Director of Operations in Oncology, Lead Medical Director of Clinical Documentation, and Medical Director of Prentice 15 and Oncology Hospitalists.

Charlotta Weaver, MD MS obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Additionally, they earned a Master's in Health Quality and Patient Safety from Northwestern University in 2016.
