Wanda Polanco

Wanda Polanco is a seasoned Medical Laboratory Technologist with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at Northwestern Medicine since April 2019, Wanda specializes in Molecular Epidemiology. Previously, Wanda has held positions at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, where work began in October 2010, and at Children's Memorial Hospital, which was rebranded as Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital. Prior to that, Wanda worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from March 2003 to September 2010 and served as a Laboratory Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York from January 2002 to March 2003. Wanda holds a degree in Microbiology, earned during the period from 1996 to 2000.
