Aleyah Perkins

Aleyah Perkins has extensive experience in project management and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Project Senior Specialist in Field Talent Acquisition Operations at Northwestern Mutual since May 2022. In this role, Aleyah collaborates with the Talent Acquisition and Growth team on various projects. Previously, Aleyah worked as a Business Project Manager and Assoc. Business Project Manager at Flex Force, where responsibilities included managing project scope, risk, and budget. Aleyah also gained valuable experience at Cielo Talent as a Senior Onboarding Specialist and Onboarding Success Partner, focusing on workflow management and client facilitation. Additional roles include Balancing Operator at Conduent and a Mission Delivery Intern at Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. Aleyah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Studies from Alverno College, completed in May 2017.
