Dan Henderson

Dan Henderson is currently the Head of Compensation, Senior Director in Total Rewards at Northwestern Mutual, responsible for developing and leading compensation strategies. Dan previously served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resource Operations at TASC, overseeing all HR operations. Prior to that, Dan held various leadership roles at American Family Insurance, including Compensation and HR Mergers and Acquisitions Director. Dan has a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a diverse background in HR and operations management.
