Kathryn Tague

Kathryn Tague has extensive experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and sales leadership across multiple industries. From April 2020 to December 2022, Tague served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Growth at Northwestern Mutual, following a role as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. Prior experience includes Assistant Vice President at Guardian Life, where Tague developed a learning and development function to enhance agency distribution, and Vice President of Training & Professional Development at Cablevision, where modernization of training curriculum was a primary focus. Tague's earlier career at MetLife as Assistant Vice President involved strategic development and program management in sales and leadership development, and a role as Director of Sales Development at Realogy saw the implementation of a blended learning curriculum.
