Kayla Jlassi

Kayla Jlassi currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer and previously held the role of Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual since April 2020. Prior experience includes positions at SunWize Power & Battery, LLC from January 2017 to November 2019 as a User Experience Facilitator and Marketing Content Creator, where responsibilities included the development and coordination of marketing communications output. Kayla also worked as a Marketing Communications Intern, managing product content and marketing campaign activities. Prior roles include serving as a Cashier with PIC responsibilities at Fred Meyer and a Family Assistant at Milestones Family Recovery. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oregon State University, along with a study abroad experience in Italian Language and Culture at Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
