Lori Gaw

Lori Gaw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training and operations management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Learning Strategy at Northwestern Mutual since February 2022, Lori has previously held multiple roles at Optum from January 2011 to March 2022, including Associate Director of Training, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Trainer for both Domestic and Global teams, and Regional Account Manager. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree from Watkins College of Art, Design & Film, earned in October 2007.
