Nicole Schultz

Nicole Schultz is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in DevSecOps and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of DevSecOps at Northwestern Mutual since April 2016, Nicole has successfully led collaborative efforts across engineering teams to implement the company's inaugural standardized CI/CD pipeline, surpassing adoption goals. Previous roles include Assistant Director of App, Cloud, and Data Security and Assistant Director of Engineering at Northwestern Mutual, as well as Cloud & DevOps Engineer and Programmer/Analyst II at C.H. Robinson, where Nicole specialized in .NET-based application development. Nicole began a career in software development as a Software Intern at St. Jude Medical. A graduate of the University of Minnesota's College of Science and Engineering, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
