Tyler Pavlis

Tyler Pavlis serves as the Director of Operations at Northwestern Mutual, contributing to the legacy of providing clients with financial security since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler was the Executive Director of Recruitment at Bluemont Group, LLC from February 2020 to November 2022, where collaboration with Regional Directors and District Managers facilitated effective personnel decisions for an organization with over 70 locations and 1300 employees. Tyler co-founded and managed Everplay Sport & Social Club from March 2012 to April 2022, achieving over 400% growth during that period. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Analyst and Senior Recruiter at Nesco Resource, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions, recruiting, and employee leasing. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Tennessee Technological University, completed between 2005 and 2008.
