Cecilio Hernandez has over a decade of experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Help Desk Support Specialist and previously as a Field Service Technician at Northwestern Ohio Security Systems since February 2013, Cecilio has developed a strong skill set in technical support and field operations. Prior experience includes working in the Customer Research Department and as a Customer Service Representative at Trilogy Fulfillment from February 2011 to February 2013. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer & Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT-Technical Institute, completed between 2010 and 2012.
