Elizabeth Frisch

Elizabeth Frisch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and talent management within higher education. Serving at Northwestern University since June 2004, Elizabeth has held various leadership roles including Executive Director of Operations for Alumni Relations and Development, as well as Director positions in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Services. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as a Career Counselor at the University of Michigan from July 2002 to May 2004 and as a Marketing Assistant at JAM Productions LLC from June 2000 to May 2002. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree from Denison University, along with specialized training in leadership and strategic influence from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
