Felicia O'Rourke, Ph.D., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Health Professions Advising and Director of Student-Athlete Development/Athletic Academic Services at Northwestern University since September 2016. In these roles, Felicia oversees student development programs for 19 varsity sports teams, manages transition programming for incoming student-athletes, and provides academic advising for over 100 students. Prior experience includes positions at DePaul University, where Felicia was the Assistant Director of Academic Advising for Biological Sciences and Athletics Academic Advisor, and an intern with Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs at Loyola University Chicago. Felicia holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from DePaul University, along with a Master of Education in Counseling and College Student Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Allegheny College.
