Jessica Fetridge

Jessica Fetridge, M.Ed., serves as the Senior Associate Director for Student Services at Northwestern University's Global Learning Office, leading a team focused on student services, marketing, and advising. With extensive experience in overseeing program marketing, recruitment, and execution of study abroad initiatives, Jessica manages various programs in Latin America and the MENA region, fostering relationships with campus units and external partners. Previous roles include Associate Director and Assistant Director positions within the Global Learning Office and leadership in advising and coordinating study abroad programs at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Jessica holds a Master of Education in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Spanish from the University of Dayton.
