Terrence Roche

Terrence Roche, PhD, serves as a lecturer at Northwestern University, instructing graduate students in the Master's in Learning and Organizational Change and Masters in Social & Economic Policy programs. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Roche was the Vice President at Start Early, focusing on early-childhood workforce professional development to promote equitable learning. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Kellen, where strategic initiatives for national nonprofit associations were overseen, and roles at YMCA of the USA in various leadership capacities.
