Kim Snead

Kim Snead has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kim is currently working as the Director of Account Management at NorthWinds Technology Solutions since October 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Sales & Account Management at the same company from April 2022 to October 2023. Before joining NorthWinds Technology Solutions, Kim worked as an Implementation Consultant at Delta Dental of Virginia, where they also served as a Product Owner from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Implementation Analyst at Nicus Software, Inc. from 2013 to 2016 and as a Senior Manager of Annuity and Individual Life Operations at Dearborn National, Division of Health Care Service Corporation from 2007 to 2012. Kim also held roles such as Operations Team Leader at Genworth Financial from 2004 to 2007 and Black Belt at GE Financial Assurance from 2002 to 2004.

Kim Snead holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from James Madison University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as GE Certified Black Belt, Series 26 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and Series 6 from FINRA.
