Laura Krumholz, RSM, RPO, currently serves as a Client Success Manager at NorthWinds Technology Solutions. Previously, Laura worked at MARS Returnship as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master, managing software development for a Tier 1 Staffing Provider, and delivering solutions with an international agile team. Experience includes roles such as IT and E-Commerce Project Manager at Towsleys, where project management included overseeing over 60 websites for Fortune 100/500 clients, and Digital Marketing Manager at Wigwam Mills Inc., focusing on marketing strategies and e-commerce site improvements. Laura spent over a decade as an instructor in Graphic & Web Design programs at Lakeshore Technical College, aligning curriculum with industry needs.
