Aaron Weitzen is responsible for evaluating real estate equity and debt investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Aaron Weitzen worked at Westbrook Partners in New York City from 2014 to 2020 as an Associate and Vice President. At Westbrook, Mr. Weitzen focused on acquisitions and the subsequent asset management of value-add/opportunistic investments in the New York metropolitan area. Prior to joining Westbrook, Mr. Weitzen worked on the acquisitions team at Clarion Partners in New York City from 2010 to 2014. At Clarion, Mr. Weitzen focused on acquisitions in Texas, Florida, the Midwest, and Eastern regions of the United States, covering multiple property types and risk strategies. Mr. Weitzen received a B.S. from Northwestern University in 2010.
