Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Ms. Bonicelli was a Manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP financial services practice where she oversaw the financial audits of real estate, private equity, and hedge fund clients in their New York and Denver offices. Ms. Bonicelli is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Colorado. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a M.S. in Accounting, B.S. in Business Administration and minor in Economics.

Kukral, the former President and CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors.
