Joakim Swedberg

Joakim Swedberg is a Scientist in Analytical Development and previously served as a Quality Control Specialist at NorthX Biologics since May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as NHMRC Early Career Research Fellow at The University of Queensland from August 2011 to July 2018, focusing on the development and evaluation of peptide-based serine protease inhibitors and engaging in a collaborative R&D project with Pfizer on peptide-based drug leads for diabetes and cholesterol. Joakim Swedberg earned a PhD in Biochemistry from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2011 and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Biotechnology from the same institution in 2007.
