Rebecca K Booth has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Rebecca K began as a Laboratory Technician at the USGS Western Fisheries Research Center in 2001. In 2003, they began working at the University of Washington, where they held the roles of Method Development Consultant, Lab Manager/Research Scientist III, Lab Manager & Research Scientist II, Research Scientist I, Research Assistant, and Undergraduate Research Assistant. In 2019, they began working at Nortis as a Research Technician & Lab Manager, where they create 3D cellular models in microfluidic chip devices, performs cell culture, immunofluorescent antibody staining, cellular imaging, and pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of organ systems, and trains new employees, collaborators and customers in standard operating procedures.
Rebecca K Booth attended the University of Washington from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Prior to that, they attended Shoreline Community College from 1999 to 2001 and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biology Technician/Biotechnology Laboratory Technician.
