Amanda Bailey

Amanda Bailey has 20 years of experience in physician recruitment and development. Amanda started their career as a Physician and Hospital Recruiter at HCA/Frankfort Regional Medical Center in 1999, where they were responsible for recruiting physicians, management, and general employees. Amanda worked closely with management to understand the organization's needs and goals and developed strategic recruitment plans. In 2006, Amanda joined Norton Healthcare as a Manager of Physician Recruitment, where they recruited qualified physicians and assisted in the development of strategic recruitment plans. Amanda was promoted to Director of Physician Recruitment in 2014 and then to Senior Director of Provider Recruitment, On Boarding, and Development in 2019. In their current role, they oversee the recruitment and development processes for providers.

Amanda Bailey completed their Associate degree in Applied Sciences at Morehead State University from 1996 to 1999. Amanda then pursued their Bachelors degree at the same university from 2000 to 2001.
