Kathleen Exline

Kathleen Exline began their work experience in 1990 as a Department Director at Deaconess Health System, a position they held until 2007. In 2007, they joined Norton Healthcare as a System Director of Performance, a role they held until 2013. From 2013 onwards, Kathleen held the position of Vice President of Performance Excellence & Care Continuum at Norton Healthcare.

Kathleen Exline received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nursing from the University of Evansville, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Kathleen then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nursing Administration from the same university, completing their degree from 1991 to 1994. Prior to their college education, Kathleen attended Lanesville High School, although the specific dates are unavailable.
