Kathy Vancampen

Kathy Vancampen has a diverse work experience in healthcare. Kathy started their career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Norton Suburban Hospital, where they gained expertise in various areas such as NICU, labor and delivery, ICU, and ER. Kathy then moved on to KentuckyOne Health, where they served as the Manager of Respiratory Care Services, overseeing multiple departments and responsibilities. Following that, they joined Clark and Scott Memorial as the Regional Director of Growth and Outreach. At Clark Memorial Hospital, they held the role of Director of Respiratory Care Services and later transitioned to Provider Relations. Kathy also worked as the Assistant Administrator and Ethics & Compliance Officer at Regional Health Network. Currently, Kathy holds the position of Facility Vice President of Operations at Norton Healthcare.

Kathy Vancampen obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky from 1998 to 2001. Kathy then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is currently a student in the MSM program at the same university. From 2014 to 2016, Kathy completed their Master of Science in Management degree at Indiana Wesleyan University.
