Tracy Williams DNP RN FAAN has extensive healthcare leadership experience, currently serving as Faculty at Dignity Health Global Education since July 2020. Tracy holds the position of Senior Vice President & System Chief Nursing Officer at Norton Healthcare, the largest healthcare system in Kentucky, since 2005. Prior roles include Executive Associate Dean at the University of Kentucky's College of Nursing and Assistant Professor at Rush University. Tracy's earlier career includes significant roles such as Vice President and Senior Nurse Executive at Baptist Health and Nursing Administrator at HCA Henrico Doctor's Hospital. Tracy earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University.
