As the Founder and CEO of ONAWA Consulting & Innovation, established in October 2024, Jayda focuses on making innovation accessible and affordable through social media management and business consulting services. Jayda's prior experience includes various roles in human resources at the University of Louisville and internships at Ford Motor Company, Norton Healthcare, and several consulting and marketing firms. Jayda earned a Bachelor of Communications with a focus on Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Louisville in December 2020 and graduated from the J. Graham Brown School in 2017.
