Shane A. Desha

Shane A. Desha is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as Port Manager at Norton Lilly International since March 2020, Shane has held multiple roles within the company, including Operations Manager, LNG Operations Coordinator, and Marine Agent. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Blend Litigation Support from February 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included maintaining customer relationships, negotiating, and managing document production for litigation. Additional roles include serving as a Neighborhood Advocate for the Texas Association of REALTORS®, a Congressional Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, and a Property Manager Assistant. Shane holds an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Del Mar College.
